Job summary

Fras-Le is seeking a Process Engineer for our Prattville, AL facility. This on-site role supports logistics, inventory control, and KPI tracking across manufacturing and distribution processes.

You will create and verify shipping documentation using SAP B1, monitor cycle counts, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventories. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or production planning preferred.
• Basic costing and accounting principles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support the logistics of all shipments between Fras-le and customers.
• Track shipments when requested by the customer.
• ASN (system communication) control with customers.
• Create shipping paperwork in SAP B1 (invoice, packing slip, bill of lading).
• Be aware of safety procedures at all times.
• Perform cycle counts and investigations.
• Recognize and resolve quantity discrepancies.
• Check amounts of freight invoices.
• Work with all departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support inventory level control and verify obsolete inventories.
• Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy.
• Collect and monitor KPI data and present results.
