Job summary

Fras-le North America is seeking a Process Engineer for our Prattville, AL facility. The role covers logistics support, inventory control, and KPI reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare shipping paperwork in SAP B1 and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize material flow and warehouse accuracy. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in logistics, inventory, or production planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, material or production planning, inventory or warehousing.
• Basic costing and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the logistics of shipments between Fras-le and customers.
• Track shipments when requested by the customer.
• ASN (system communication) control Fras-le communication with customer.
• Create shipping paperwork in SAP B1 (invoice, packing slip, bill of lading, etc).
• Be aware of safety procedures at all times.
• Cycle count and investigation.
• Recognize and resolve quantity discrepancies.
• Check the amounts of freight invoices.
• Work with all departments for delivery on time.
• Support to control inventory levels and verify obsolete inventories.
• Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy.
• Collect data and present KPI information.
