Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, manage daily inventory levels, and optimize logistics processes. This role handles shipping/receiving for the company and serves as a resource for multiple departments.

The position supports a pay range of USD $21.00 - USD $23.00 per hour, requiring an associate degree and logistics experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential in a fast-paced office

Qualifications

Associate degree in business administration or related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or logistics is preferred.
Understanding of logistics principles, supply chain management, and inventory control is essential.
Proficiency with logistics software, Microsoft Office, or Atlassian tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule shipments with carriers to meet deadlines.
Manage inventory levels and track shipments to prevent shortages or overstock.
Receive orders and deliver shipments to departments.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate activities.
Document logistics activities and assist in process improvements.
