Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including receiving and inventory management.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, biotech, or manufacturing) preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn product information.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving activities with accurate inspection, documentation, and system entry.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies across multiple warehouse locations.
• Create material receipts and file approved receipts to correct locations.
• Maintain communication with manufacturers and suppliers for CoC/CoA supplies received.
• Enter donor intake data and manage relocation records.
• Collaborate with Quality on donor discrepancies and ensure safety policies are followed.
