Job summary

Hunting-Energy-Services is seeking a material handler to support Shipping and Receiving operations. You will oversee inbound and outbound traffic, inspect and count shipments, input data into the ERP, and ensure accurate traceability of all items.

The role involves packaging, loading/unloading, inventory maintenance, and operating a forklift as needed within an onsite environment. Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience and be able to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 1–3 years of experience as a material handler, shipping or receiving technician, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5-S.
• Familiarity with ISO, API and ASTM certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a team.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving areas including incoming/outgoing traffic and inventory control.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming traffic, unloads, inspects, and records shipments.
• Input received items into ERP and perform traceability scanning.
• Prepare and package products for shipment and inspect outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials, organize areas, and generate department reports.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments between areas and storage.
• Receive, inspect, and tag incoming production material and related documentation.
