Resource Label Group in Utah is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in shipping or receiving within manufacturing or logistics.

This full-time role requires reading schedules, verifying shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy; forklift experience is a plus. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping or receiving in a logistics/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
• Frequent standing/walking; ability to lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance; use of mechanical aids as needed.
• Specific vision abilities include distance and color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments with high attention to detail.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory for raw materials and finished goods.
• Stage materials for operations in an organized manner.
• Verify outbound shipments and internal transfers.
• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move.
• Convey materials from receiving/production to storage or designated areas.
• Sort and place materials by size, type, color, or product code.
• Operate UPS/FedEx shipments and document records.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for packing.
• Label materials and record quantities; weigh or count items for distribution.
• Enter records at computer workstations and manage worksheets/tickets.
• Operate a lift truck to move items within the warehouse.
