Job summary

Qualifications

• One to three years' experience in logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive material daily; maintain shipping/receiving logs.
• Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals; support field technicians with parts inquiries.
• Coordinate RMA requests and credit returns; ensure inventory transfers in ACE system.
