Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving professional to manage paperwork, stock locations, and data entry in Amtech. You will collaborate with Receiving, Accounting, and external carriers to ensure accurate records and timely deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus a focus on safety and policy adherence within our Wisconsin facilities. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Shipping/Receiving preferred.
• Planning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Amtech program a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate location of stock in storage area by paperwork and computer.
• Purchase order receiving: coordinate with Receiving Lead and Accounting to ensure accurate data entry and timely entries.
• Audit for approved signatures on delivery receipts.
• Oversee inbound finish goods receiving in Amtech by tagging and storing units.
• Work with Accounting to maintain warehouse inventory through weekly cycle counting.
• Set up LTL shipments and keep records of quotes and freight costs; ensure accuracy of carrier information.
• Oversee transfer of product between GBP warehouses.
• Coordinate with corrugated paper recycling companies for scrap paper pickups and records.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to Wisconsin Packaging Division quality policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Abide by all company policies and safe work habits.
• Other duties as assigned.
