Penske Logistics in La Vergne, TN, is seeking an administrative associate to maintain pallet tracking, audit driver logs, and support internal customer operations.

You will perform cycle counts, process orders, communicate with carriers, prepare BOLs, and manage daily emails. Requires 2 years office experience, 1 year customer service, HS diploma, and proficiency in MS Office; AS400 preferred.

Competenze

• 2 years general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and pass background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Accurately match numbers & letters, assuring correct units on a pallet and in pick/stock locations.
• Perform Cycle Counts.
• Perform authorized inventory adjustments.
• Send out communication to all carriers for equipment by 8:00am.
