Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help maintain accurate inventory, handle stock and tooling, prepare outbound shipments, route incoming materials, and support production release across day or swing shifts.

You will maintain computerized records, assist with audits and cycle counts, perform minor assembly tasks as needed, and communicate with team members to ensure safety, quality, and timely operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years in a manufacturing environment; regulated industry experience preferred.
• Forklift experience desirable; warehouse experience desirable.
• Basic computer skills required; understanding of inventory practices preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license if required to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for materials, tooling, and supplies under supervision.
• Handle and manage stock, including chemical storage, using established procedures.
• Prepare outbound shipments and complete documentation accurately.
• Route incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain computerized inventory records and assist with audits and cycle counts.
• Support operations planning by tracking inventory and material identifiers.
• Package finished goods and assemblies for shipment.
• Coordinate preparation of components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
• Ensure prompt return of excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory.
• Perform minor assembly tasks, machine setups, and inspections as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Demonstrate accountability for individual contributions and support team goals.
