  • Implement operational best practices to optimize organization, accessibility, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and verify orders for boutique transfers, client deliveries, wholesale shipments, and internal operations.
  • Ensure accuracy across picking, packing, labeling, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners and monitor delivery follow-up when required.
  • Maintain packaging and presentation standards aligned with the CADAR luxury experience.
4 . Inventory Control & Reporting
  • Maintain full ownership of stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
  • Execute periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor inventory movements and maintain real‑time system updates.
  • Track inventory KPIs including stock accuracy, aging, and turnover.
  • Coordinate all physical flows related to repairs, returns, exchanges, and after‑sales services.

  • Maintain accurate records and timelines for all after‑sales activity.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service, production, retail, and wholesale teams.

  • Highly reliable, organized, and accountable.
  • Strong sense of ownership and operational rigor.
  • Ability to balance hands‑on execution with analytical thinking.
