Your Mission

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand and inventory planning: manage and forecast existing products and novelties, analyze sales and demand forecasts to optimize inventory policies, drive new-product launch planning with marketing, and collaborate with international operations to build and update assortments for retail boutiques and e-commerce based on market trends and North American strategy.
  • Support to commercial network: strategically drive business growth by optimizing product mix and maximizing sales through expert stock and assortment management; coordinate with international operations on allocation and shortage resolution; serve as primary liaison between local teams and international ops to identify inventory opportunities and resolve complex stock challenges; analyze local e-commerce stock to align with sales trends and partner with the local e-commerce team to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
  • Strategic inventory management & optimization: collaborate with logistics to optimize product flows, track shipments, prioritize warehouse deliveries, manage inbound and outbound product flows and returns, implement strategies for stock reduction and maximization, oversee damaged stock levels with logistics and the New York workshop, and curate exclusive products for employee sales.
  • Continuous improvement and excellence: champion process improvement by developing and maintaining Power BI and Looker dashboards for sales, stock, and transfers; track and analyze monthly or weekly changes in sales trends, shortages, logistic processing, and stock levels across regions, boutiques, and e-commerce assortments; generate and deliver critical reports to management; collaborate with international, logistics, and IT departments to enhance supply-chain services and lead special projects.
Qualifications
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in supply chain or engineering is a significant advantage.
  • Experience – Minimum 5‑10 years in planning, merchandising, or buying, with a proven track record of strategic impact and leadership.
  • Technical skills – Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel and analytical tools; experience with SAP and Power BI highly desirable; strong understanding of the luxury goods sector, particularly jewelry and precious stones.
  • Professional competencies – Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels; strong analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic approach; entrepreneurial mindset, consistently seeking improvement; highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated leader who excels both independently and as a team player; excellent organizational and time-management skills, proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
