Job summary

CADAR Fine Jewelry in New York, NY seeks an experienced Logistics, Inventory & After-Sales Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and oversee after-sales processes across the business.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory/logistics within a luxury environment, familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo a plus), and strong organizational skills to maintain CADAR's high standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management and logistics within a luxury environment.
• Experience with high-value goods (jewelry, watches, luxury items) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory reception, QC, and ERP registration.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners.
• Maintain stock organization, counts, and after-sales flow across the business.
