Job summary

Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, Texas, seeks a diligent Logistics Coordinator to support Operations. You will enter and maintain data in logistics systems, track shipments, and assist in process improvements that reduce lead times.

Ideal candidates have logistics or supply chain coursework, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. This is a full-time on-site role that values teamwork, accuracy, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (D365, Oracle, SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data in logistics systems to support Operations
• Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries with logistics partners
• Support projects focused on improving processes and reducing lead times
• Manage administrative tasks related to documentation and internal reporting
• Verify shipment documents for accuracy and compliance
• Other duties as assigned by Management
