Job summary

Fourhands in Buda, Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will load and unload trucks, maintain a clean work environment, and identify items on paperwork.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, along with a high school diploma or GED. We're looking for someone who can work with physical demands and can operate basic warehouse management systems.

Shift Time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

• Load and unload containers and or trucks
• Handle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse
• Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
• Meet productivity requirements as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Steel‑toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
