Job summary

Universal Logistics in Mesa, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join the LINC team that serves Boeing Aerospace. You will analyze inventory quality, monitor productivity and SOP compliance, and communicate daily with the customer to ensure satisfaction.

The successful candidate will bring experience in transportation, logistics or distribution, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP and EWM systems, with a 40-hour work week and a preference for an Associate’s Degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics or distribution center environment preferred.
• Able to work a maximum 40 hour work week.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency with office based software.
• Associate's Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer reported defects on inventory.
• Monitoring daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing.
• Interacting with the customer on a daily basis and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel - Other systems: SAP & EWM.
• Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
• Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues.
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor.
