Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings Inc. via Logistics Insight Corporation in Mesa, AZ seeks a detail‑oriented Logistics Analyst for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri 1:30pm–11:30pm). You will analyze inventory defects, monitor productivity, SOP compliance, and KPI performance to support customer satisfaction and invoicing accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel is essential; SAP and EWM experience is a plus. Associate’s Degree preferred but not required; 40‑hour work week in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or distribution center environment preferred
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with office software (MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer-reported defects on inventory
• Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing
• Interact with the customer on a daily basis and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
• Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
