Job summary

LOGISTICS INSIGHT CORP. in Arizona is seeking a Logistics Analyst to monitor inventory, analyze defects, and support customer satisfaction within a 40-hour work week.

You will leverage Excel and SAP/EWM to generate reports, track KPI performance, and coordinate with the customer daily to ensure accurate, timely information across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics or distribution center environment preferred.
• Able to work a maximum 40 hour work week.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency with office based software.
• Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer reported defects on inventory
• Monitoring daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing
• Interacting with the customer on a daily basis and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and other systems SAP & EWM
• Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
• Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
