Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to bridge Operations and IT, define business requirements for software, and train users on new systems to support our distribution network. You will coordinate documentation and ensure clear communication across teams.

The role emphasizes testing with IT, creating training materials, proactively communicating with customers and staff, and delivering solutions that meet corporate objectives within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience in logistics system implementation.
• Distribution/warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of automated software systems and implementation.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for software, develop and conduct training and resolve discrepancies to achieve company and customer objectives.
• Coordinate the collection, documentation and communication of business requirements and best practices to the IT team.
• Conduct training for software maintenance, startups and upgrades.
• Create training documents and resources for system users.
• Work with IT to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot solutions and provide resolutions.
