Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year implementing logistics software.
• Experience in distribution/warehousing operations.
• Familiarity with automated software systems and implementations.
• Knowledge of WMS, order management, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for software and coordinate trainings to meet objectives.
• Coordinate collection and communication of requirements to IT.
• Conduct training for software maintenance, startups and upgrades.
• Create training documents and resources for system users.
• Work with IT to develop tests, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers, employees and management to ensure requirements are met.
