The GM will own client relationships locally, coach leaders, and ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain ops with 3+ years in management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of coaching and developing employees.
• Professional demeanor when handling conflicts; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead local operation, ensuring deliverables, goals, and profitability.
• Develop and retain a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Balance labor efficiency, cost management, and process execution.
