Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics is seeking a General Manager for the Honolulu Airgateway operation. You will lead a multi-service aviation logistics facility, drive financial performance, partner with Amazon and airline customers, and guide strategic growth in a high-demand environment.

The role requires extensive leadership across air cargo operations, budget management, and business development, with a focus on safety and operational excellence in a 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or Transportation Management).
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within air cargo, aviation, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, parcel distribution, or ground handling operations.
• 5+ years in a General Manager, Director, Senior Operations Manager, or related leadership position.
• Experience managing multi-service or multi-customer operations.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams across multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and EBIT accountability.
• Proven business development, customer relationship management and contract negotiation experience.
• Working knowledge of TSA, FAA, DOT, OSHA, airport regulations and aviation security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute the Honolulu Airgateway business plan.
• Support budget development, forecasting, financial reporting, and EBIT performance management.
• Analyze operational metrics and financial indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to rate development, profitability analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Translate corporate strategy into local operating plans.
• Direct daily execution of parcel sortation, cargo handling, aircraft loading/unloading, and ramp services.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, DOT, OSHA, and security requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor SLAs, KPIs and safety metrics.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce allocation, and 24/7 readiness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Amazon, airline partners, cargo customers and airport stakeholders.
• Oversee staffing, training, and succession planning to support growth.
• Prepare operational, financial, and strategic performance reports for senior leadership.
