Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics, LLC is seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor staff productivity, and ensure quality of goods. The role operates in a late-evening to early-morning window, with a 5-day work week and seven-day coverage for sortation and trucking.

The position requires strong leadership, safety diligence, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Multilingual abilities and proficiency with standard office software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills including typing, email, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse productivity and supervise staff.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action when required.
• Maintain communication with the operations manager and external teams.
• Recruit and support hiring of new warehouse employees.
• Monitor safety, security, and SOP adherence for processes.
