Job summary

Instrument Calibration Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist to maintain flow across receiving, the calibration lab, and shipping.

The role requires understanding how each step affects the next, ensuring deliveries and outbound shipments stay aligned and on schedule. You will coordinate shipping documentation, inspect incoming shipments, and support inventory accuracy with meticulous record-keeping and communication with carriers and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in shipping, receiving, and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication with carriers, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency with shipping and inventory software; adaptable to updates and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, labels, and compliance records.
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing lists; organize for storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders; maintain accurate records.
