Job summary

Kenco Group in the United States is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to manage load planning, routing and deliveries, and handle customer load reporting.

You will serve as the main customer service liaison between customers, carriers, and site personnel, coordinating with external partners and internal teams. The role requires strong communication and multitasking with up to 25% travel and a pay range of $22.69–$34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year warehousing or DOT environment experience.
• Minimum 6 months as a logistics coordinator or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily load planning, routing and deliveries using warehouse and transportation management systems with external partners and operations.
• Serves as the key Customer Service Representative and acts as a central communication hub between customers, site personnel, third-party carriers/planners, and internal network drivers.
• Handles escalated customer service questions via telephone and email with professionalism.
• Tracks inventory, processes units, and prepares for shipment and delivery as needed.
• Ensures special customer requirements are actioned and entered into the workflow schedule.
