Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Conveyance Coordinator to support the Conveyance Supervisor with daily plant-wide conveyance, receiving, material movement, and equipment operation. You will help ensure quality and safety while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper documentation.

During pomegranate season, you’ll coordinate trailer movements and yard operations, supervise staff, train new employees, and report to the supervisor on performance and issues requiring corrective actions.

Qualifications

• English literacy to read work instructions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, or material handling.
• Ability to supervise and train staff respectfully.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound materials inspection and documentation.
• Support daily staffing and shift coverage.
• Provide floor-level direction to conveyance staff.
• Train employees on safe practices and SOPs.
• Monitor GMP and food safety compliance.
• Maintain records for shipments and inventory.
• Coordinate yard operations and trailer movement during harvest.
