Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Conveyance Coordinator to support the Conveyance Supervisor in coordinating daily plant-wide conveyance, receiving, material movement, and equipment-operator activities. This role ensures quality, safety, service, inventory accuracy, and documentation standards.

During the pomegranate season, this position also supports yard coordination for fresh-fruit trailers. Base compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years shipping/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English.
• Experience with GMP, food safety, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound material inspection, verification, and required documentation.
• Provide floor-level direction to forklift and yard personnel per SOPs.
• Train employees in safe work practices, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor GMP, food safety, housekeeping, and departmental standards.
• Maintain accurate inbound/outbound records and trailer/yard documentation.
• Coordinate with inventory, purchasing, shipping, and production to support material availability.
