Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Conveyance Coordinator to support daily plant-wide conveyance, receiving, and material movement. You will supervise floor staff, train employees, and ensure GMP and food safety compliance across distribution, inventory, and shipping operations.

During pomegranate season, you’ll help coordinate yard trailer movement, maintain real-time trailer inventory, and work with multiple departments to keep material flow smooth and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or material handling.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to provide direction to forklift, yard goat, and material-handling staff.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify inbound materials and products are inspected and documented.
• Assist with daily staffing, priorities, and shift coverage.
• Provide floor-level direction to conveyance staff and ensure safe operations.
• Train employees in SOPs, documentation, and equipment operation.
• Monitor GMP, food safety, and housekeeping compliance.
• Maintain accurate inbound/outbound records and yard inventory.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material availability and proper storage.
• Lead the Conveyance team in supervisor’s absence.
