Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Conveyance Coordinator to support the Conveyance Supervisor in daily plant-wide conveyance, receiving, material movement and equipment-operator activities. You will help ensure quality, safety, inventory accuracy, and documentation, plus training and floor-level direction.

During the pomegranate season you’ll assist with yard coordination and trailer tracking. The role requires reading and writing English, knowledge of GMP and food safety, and familiarity with forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing or inventory preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English and follow GMP rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound material verification, receiving, and documentation.
• Provide floor-level direction to forklift and yard staff per procedures.
• Train employees in safety, SOPs, and equipment operation.
• Monitor GMP compliance, food safety, and workplace standards.
• Maintain records for shipments, inventory, and trailer movements.
• Support yard coordination and trailer tracking during harvest season.
