Qualifications

• 2–4 years of distribution warehouse or operations management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP preferred.
• US DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, fleet, and distribution operations across the network.
• Lead route planning and scheduling to balance efficiency, cost, compliance, and service.
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Hazardous Materials regulations and maintain hazmat training.
• Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures across locations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
