Livestock Nutrition Center LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support local management in the operation and processing of the facility and truck fleet. You will oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams, implement SOPs and safety programs, and coordinate with procurement for ingredient needs.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science degree and strong leadership, safety, and budgeting skills to maintain high standards of equipment and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or agri-science degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities required.
• Solid understanding of maintenance and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance, production and driver teams in daily operations.
• Implement SOPs and safety culture initiatives across the facility.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Manage budgets and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with sales/CSR on load assignments and delivery.
