Job summary

Dynamo Technologies, LLC seeks a Logistics Acquisition Manager – FIAR SME to serve as a primary interface between financial auditors and the AFMC Depot Complexes, ensuring compliance and driving improvements in financial and operational processes.

This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage audit readiness, coordinate with Depot Centers, and respond to auditors with corrective action plans. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with FIAR/FFMIA or government audits is a plus.
• Ability to map processes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review audit reports and documentation to identify improvements and ensure financial reporting compliance.
• Coordinate meetings and trainings between auditors and Depot Centers to clarify requirements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Depot Centers to implement financial improvements, update policies, and train staff.
• Assist with development of audit readiness plans and corrective action plans to address deficiencies.
• Respond to audit findings and work with Depot Centers to develop corrective actions.
• Participate in process reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness of management processes.
• Provide guidance on financial reporting requirements and audit processes to Depot Centers.
