Job summary

Frequency Audio-Visual Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse / Facilities Manager to oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and facilities upkeep. You will ensure accurate records, maintain organization, and coordinate with project teams for local deliveries using the company van.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with AV gear, and able to own warehouse processes from intake to disposal.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or facilities operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with AV equipment, electronics, or IT hardware.
• Ability to follow written procedures and document work accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company van.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify contents against records and packing slips.
• Prepare, pack, and ship products for projects and clients.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, labeling, and readiness.
• Support facilities upkeep and office cleanliness.
• Manage e-waste handling, storage, tracking, and disposal coordination.
• Unbox and inspect audiovisual equipment for inspection or staging.
• Perform software/firmware updates on equipment as directed.
• Track and maintain inventory including project and warehouse stock.
• Support check-in/check-out processes for equipment and materials.
• Coordinate deliveries with project managers and technicians.
• Identify inventory shortages or process issues and report.
