Siemens Energy is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer focused on Logistics to partner with Logistics, Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams. You will analyze shop-floor material movement, investigate discrepancies, and implement practical process improvements using SAP and data to enhance service levels and scalable logistics for the factory’s growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing logistics, warehousing, material handling, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Hands-on SAP ERP knowledge to track inventory, movements, and production requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead improvements to internal logistics processes including receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, kitting, staging, and line delivery.
• Analyze material flow and identify shortages, bottlenecks, and conditions affecting production performance.
• Develop scalable logistics solutions such as standard routes, Kanban, supermarkets, and replenishment methods.
• Use SAP to track material availability, inventory movements, and production requirements; connect ERP with physical flow.
• Establish and monitor logistics KPIs: material availability, on-time delivery, picking accuracy, response time, and productivity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements through standard work and visual controls.
