RELI Group, Inc. is recruiting for a program support role as part of TSA's LE/FAMS CUAS initiative. You will help manage equipment tracking, field coordination, and readiness reporting in a national scope.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to handle sensitive information in a government environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support lifecycle planning for CUAS equipment, including trackers and logistics.
• Update trackers for warranty, licensing, software updates, and sustainment actions.
• Maintain records organization for equipment and property documentation.
• Assist field office equipment requests and resolution tracking.
• Prepare required reporting, including weekly status reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, field offices, training personnel and Government property personnel.

TSA's Law Enforcement / Federal Air Marshal Service (LE/FAMS) is developing and institutionalizing a national Counter-Unarmed Aircraft Systems (CUAS) capability to support aviation security. National. This position is one of many positions that RELI is recruiting for, to support TSA's Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System Unit is responsible for supporting and coordinating the development, management, standardization, and sustainment of this enterprise capability. This position supports equipment tracking, fielding, repairs, shipping, warranties, licensing, software updates, property coordination, and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support lifecycle planning for CUAS equipment. Includes maintaining equipment trackers, field coordination, and logistics.
• Update and maintain trackers that support equipment actions - warranty, licensing. software updates and sustainment actions.
• Support records organization for equipment and property documentation.
• Support field office equipment requests and issue resolution tracking.
• Support preparation of required reporting. Including recurring weekly status reports and other government reporting
• Support coordination with vendors, field offices, training personnel and Government property personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 5 years' experience performing similar job responsibilities
• Experience supporting Federal programs.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work with sensitive but unclassified information in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a Government HQ environment.
• Ability to prepare high-quality draft products for Government review and approval.

The annual salary range for this position is $77,000 - $87,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
