Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Logistics Engineer for its East Peoria, IL facility. The role focuses on owning the kitting processes, optimizing material flow, and driving efficiency with 3PL partners.

You will analyze processes, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to support Caterpillar's safety, quality, velocity, and cost goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in supply chain or business, experience with SAP Mach1, and strong data analysis and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business required.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Experience with SAP Mach1 and logistics systems preferred.
• Understanding of factory material flow and assembly operations.
