• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics engineering projects to enhance safety, capacity, productivity, and warehouse automation.
• Design, analyze, and optimize material flow, storage, layouts, and processes.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and KPIs.
• Develop and implement process controls, standard work, and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance engineering standards and knowledge sharing across logistics operations.
• Evaluate processes and performance using data-driven analysis to identify improvements.
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead corrective actions.
• Support automation and warehouse technology implementations for safety and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional prioritization and execution.
