Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) offers internships across US locations, including Cleveland, NC. Interns will gain hands-on experience in supply chain logistics, focusing on inventory control, material delivery, and process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Interns will develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supervisors to support safe, efficient, and reliable parts flow to production.

Competenze

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recently graduated within 1 year.
• Pursuing engineering or related field.
• Training or experience in lean principles.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze material flow and inventory data to identify trends and gaps.
• Support daily warehouse and logistics operations and monitor shortages.
• Lead or contribute to process-improvement projects for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve communication.
• Document standard work and support safety, quality, and productivity.
• Present findings to department leadership and drive problem solving.
• Support digitalization efforts to track shortages and inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse layout and material flow.
