Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Sterling, VA is seeking a Senior Associate, Logistics Engineer to support our expanding product portfolio. You will assist with asset management, obsolescence mitigation, and training event coordination at our Sterling facility.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with related experience; TS/SCI with CI Poly is preferred. Join a growing team focused on defense tech across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2+ years relevant experience; graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly in clearance required.
• Experience with logistics engineering, asset management, and obsolescence mitigation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PHS&T system to ensure on-time material shipments and minimize life cycle costs.
• Interface daily with PHS&T Lead and IPTL to meet SMD PHS&T needs.
• Perform asset and equipment audits of customer and company property.
• Plan and report availability of packing materials to PHS&T Lead/IPTL.
• Process, track, and close shipments to/from customer sites, depot, and OEMs.
• Monitor movement of supplies from stock rooms to field operations.
• Support depot operations as directed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication.
• Assist in innovating asset and spare parts tracking strategies.
