L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Specialist Engineer - Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Systems Engineer. You will lead logistics planning, develop ILS artifacts, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainment and readiness across complex programs.

The role requires a mix of systems engineering and logistics expertise, with collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and customer teams. Some travel is required to support program activities.

Qualificações

• Degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 6+ years of systems engineering, logistics or sustainment experience; or 4+ years with a graduate degree.
• Experience with PSA/LSA and lifecycle sustainment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and coordination of integrated logistics support across the system lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain ILSP, LCSP, LCCA, LORA, PPL, MTA, SERD and PSA/LSA deliverables.
• Perform supportability analyses and translate results into program recommendations.
• Define maintenance concepts at organizational, intermediate, and depot levels.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, supply chain, and customers.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and process improvement within ILS.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings and reviews.
