Job summary

Community Action House in Holland, MI seeks a Logistics Associate (Driver & Donations Pickup/Delivery) to move donations between our Food Club, warehouse, and Resale Stores. Daily tasks include loading/unloading, delivering to locations, and coordinating pickups with donors.

You’ll assist in light maintenance, setup/teardown for events, and help ensure a positive, guest-centered experience for donors, staff, and clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and operate vehicle safely.
• Assist in receiving and delivering donations and items.
• Excellent guest-centered communication and problem solving.
• Comfort with light maintenance and event setup/teardown.

Responsibilities

• Drive to donor locations and deliver to resale stores and Food Club as needed.
• Receive, organize and move donations in warehouse.
• Assist in light maintenance and event setup/teardown.
• Provide a positive donor experience and handle difficult conversations when needed.
