Job summary

Operation Food Search is seeking a Driver and Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution to our network of community food partners and daily donation pickups. You will assist with warehouse operations, maintain safety standards, and help with volunteer activities as needed.

This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting 20–50 pounds, and operating a box truck with liftgate. Compensation includes benefits for full-time staff, and the schedule may include occasional events beyond

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of a high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience with focus on safety.
• Current forklift certification is preferred.
• Class E license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a small box truck with liftgate and reefer.
• Load and unload donation pickups and drop-offs.
• Ensure vehicles are clean at the end of each day.
• Direct warehouse operations and maintain a safe, efficient workplace.
• Receive and distribute product promptly and monitor inventory of donations.
• Assist with volunteer center setup and breakdown.
