Qualifications
- DOT physical card and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and meet MIOSHA physical standards.
- Familiarity with medium-duty truck operation and maintenance.
- Ability to use GPS, complete reports, and operate handheld tech.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver donations according to a set schedule
- Load and unload household items securely to prevent damage
- Plan efficient routes for multiple stops
- Maintain positive relationships with donors and store staff
- Perform general labor tasks at the warehouse
- Support inventory flow and remove non-sellable items
- Conduct routine maintenance on trucks and warehouse equipment
- Assist with minor mechanical issues when needed
