Job summary

Lineage is seeking a detail-oriented team member for a 2nd shift role in Illinois. You will be the primary contact for delivery drivers, verify shipments, log cash as applicable, and coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure timely documentation and data accuracy in the system.

Responsibilities include communicating with carriers, rescheduling appointments, and entering data into the WMS scheduler while adapting to varied temperatures and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C or up to 100°F/37°C with PPE.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs/9 kg and work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Count and log cash received by carriers when applicable.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
