Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Clerk to compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. You will direct driver assignments, verify data in systems, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth operations.

In this role you will be the primary contact for drivers, log cash where applicable, and communicate scheduling changes quickly to avoid delays. Physical readiness and flexibility to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interaction with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 F/-25 C to 100 F/37 C in storage environments with PPE.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs/9 kgs; weight may vary by facility.
• Flexible work schedule and potential weekend shifts.
• Comfort with varying noise levels in some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• May receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are accurate and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows and unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
