Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in distribution operations, logistics coordination, customer service, inventory control, or administrative support.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, transportation, or warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve freight, delivery, and order-related issues professionally.
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and recordkeeping practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems used for reporting, order management, and shipment tracking.
• Ability to analyze operational data, investigate discrepancies, and support root cause resolution.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Schedule carriers and manage returns processing and shipment tracking.
• Resolve customer service issues related to orders, freight, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to improve processes.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and root causes of issues.
