Qualifications

• Completed high school education is required; related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or related areas.
• Experience coordinating shipments, carrier scheduling, and dispatching.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Ability to analyze operational reports, identify trends, and resolve root causes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to resolve freight issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and freight tracking/transportation/order management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer shipments and manage carrier relationships.
