Qualifications

  • High school education required; preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics.
  • 3–5 years in logistics coordination, transportation, distribution operations, inventory control, or customer service support.
  • Experience coordinating shipments, carrier scheduling, dispatching and transport activities.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, receiving, and distribution processes.
  • Ability to analyze operational reports, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and support root cause resolution.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills for freight, delivery, and order issues.

Job description

To thrive as an Operations Coordinator II, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential. This role serves as a key link between customers, carriers, sales, customer care, transportation, and supply chain teams to ensure orders move efficiently from scheduling through delivery. In this role, you will coordinate customer shipments, manage carrier relationships, monitor order activity, and support the daily flow of operations within the distribution center. This position plays an important role in shipment planning, transportation management, customer issue resolution, and performance reporting. We rely on this role to identify and address potential disruptions, communicate effectively across departments, and help maintain a positive customer experience. We succeed when deliveries are on time and accurate, and customers receive the support they need.

Here’s what we’re looking for :
  • A completed High school education is required; preferred education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation, distribution operations, inventory control, or customer service support
  • Experience coordinating shipments, carrier scheduling, dispatching, and transportation-related activities
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, receiving, and distribution processes
  • Ability to analyze operational reports, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and support root cause resolution
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to resolve freight, delivery, and order-related issues professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems used for freight tracking, reporting, transportation, and order management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
