Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2-4 years in distribution/logistics or related areas, with strong MS Office proficiency and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• High school education required; preferred Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in distribution operations, logistics coordination, customer service, inventory control, or admin support.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, transportation, or warehouse operations in fast-paced env.
• Strong customer service skills for professional freight, delivery, and order issues.
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and recordkeeping practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other reporting/order/shipment tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze operational data, investigate discrepancies, and support root cause resolution.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics and distribution activities, including shipment coordination and carrier scheduling.
• Process returns, track shipments, and resolve customer service issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify process improvements and help maintain accurate administrative records.
