Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compile list of available vehicles and assign according to trip length, freight needs, and user preference.
• Directly coordinate with drivers via two-way radio and oversee daily activities.
• Record departure times, destinations, cargo, and expected return; investigate overdue vehicles.
• Establish service or delivery routes and assign helpers to drivers.
• Provide general administrative support including order documentation, processing, and tracking.
